On March 11, 2022, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled in favor of our arguments and denied the Plaintiff’s Petition for Certiorari seeking to have his case heard on appeal before the Supreme Court. Prior to this recent decision, our Firm achieved success before the New Jersey Appellate Division in the same case, which affirmed our initial ruling before the trial court dismissing the Plaintiff’s case with prejudice.
